With the upcoming new year, we understand that some patients will be enrolling in different insurance plans. We are not contracted with Ambetter or Kaiser through the marketplace. If you are a current patient and are changing insurance plans, please verify with your insurance company that we are listed in-network. 
We try to keep up with all the different companies and plans, however with so many plans out there it is difficult for us to know them all. We file claims through the insurance companies that we are contracted with as a courtesy for our patients and any balance left unpaid is the patient/guardian's responsibility.
